CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE

• This warranty is in addition to your consumer statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.
• It is important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions whilst fitting the products and to use the care instructions outlined in your guarantee registration form.
• The guarantees outlined above cover Jacuzzi branded products against manufacturing defects.
• Any claim under the guarantee must at first be reported to the retailer where you purchased your goods and must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
• In the interest of continual design and development and product improvement we reserve the right to amend or adjust specifications at any time. Where an identical product is no longer available we will supply the nearest equivalent from our then current range.
• This guarantee covers products supplied for installation into domestic premises in the UK and Ireland only.
• The guarantee may be transferred to a subsequent purchaser of the premises in which the product is initially installed, but it will not apply if the product is re-installed elsewhere.
• If replacement of product is necessary we reserve the right to inspect the product and replace it using our own service engineers.
• This guarantee does not extend to any item rendered defective by faulty installation and accidental damage after purchase or normal wear and tear. Nor does it extend to the replacement of any other household fittings arising from any claim.
• In the case of Hot Tubs alteration or repair by anyone other than an authorised Jacuzzi Hot Tub installer.
